What sizes are available for the Quencher Tumbler?
The Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState™ Tumbler is available in 30 oz and 40 oz. Both sizes feature double-wall vacuum insulation, a comfort-grip handle, and the versatile 3-position FlowState™ lid.
How long does the insulation last?
Stanley's double-wall vacuum insulation keeps cold drinks cold for up to 2 days with ice, and hot drinks hot for up to 24 hours. Performance may vary depending on conditions.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most Stanley tumblers and bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, limited edition and special finish products (such as Black Chroma and Pendleton collaborations) should be hand washed to preserve their finish.
Are Stanley products BPA-free?
Yes. All Stanley products are BPA-free and made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel.
What is the difference between the Quencher H2.0 and the ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler?
The Quencher H2.0 features the classic FlowState™ 3-position lid with a reusable straw. The ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler has a fully leakproof flip straw lid — flip up to sip, snap shut when you're done. Both are 40 oz and cupholder-friendly.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Limited edition and collaboration products marked as non-returnable are excluded.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Product Care
How do I clean my Stanley tumbler?
For everyday cleaning, warm soapy water and a bottle brush work perfectly. For deeper cleaning, use a mixture of white vinegar and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the finish.
Can I put my Stanley in the freezer?
No — Stanley products are not designed for freezer use. For maximum cold retention, fill with ice and cold liquid instead.
