Verbispace – Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

No Final Sale Items: We do not believe in "hidden traps." Every single product sold on Verbispace is eligible for a return within the 30-day window. There are no "Final Sale" or non-returnable clearance items.

3. 100% Free Returns & No Hidden Fees

We believe shopping should be risk-free.

  • Free Return Shipping: Verbispace covers the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • No Restocking Fees: We will never charge you a restocking or administrative fee for returning an item. You will get back exactly what you paid.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Receive Your Label: If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the pre-paid label, and drop it off at the designated UK shipping location specified on the label.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at pomegranatejuice2055@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right straight away.

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Most banks and credit card companies take 5 to 10 business days to officially post the refund to your account.
