Track Your Order

Can't wait for your new Stanley to arrive? Neither can we. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your Verbispace order.

Step 1 — Check Your Confirmation Email

As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your order number and a summary of what you've purchased.

Step 2 — Wait for Your Dispatch Notification

Once your order has been packed and handed to our courier, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Step 3 — Track Your Parcel

Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your order's journey. You'll be able to see exactly where your parcel is and get an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Free delivery on all orders
• Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day
